She goes to Sunday school and sings songs, and dreams of being a princess. But in her dreams she can't control her curiousities and temptations to experience the dark side -- Actually, no one can. But at the same time, she has a feeling of guilt, as she's being sucked down the void with Alice. When she wakes up, she'll be confused, and continue life as usual. I think this picture speaks of our unconscious desire to walk on the wild side. We are all distracted by doing "stuff" going places. Playing with the Alice in Wonderland theme of Alice falling into the bunny hole...maybe that is what America has done. We have all fallen into a bunny hole that has distracted us from Jesus and his blood sacrifice. We have become so distracted by our lives and our desires that we forgot about God's love. We are all sleeping, consuming coffee to stay up and always searching for something to calm the storm...
