Dripping with Desire
Dripping with Desire by Gary Baseman (2007)
Best Interpretation: “What heaven have we here: the weather a forever sundown of roses and honey. And Honey, believe: this sweetness sticks to us, for years or years enough to call it a lifetime already. There is no death this dusk, no ending, no love that doesn’t reply. Just a woman, some creatures, the rose rain, the selves on the ground, the selves in flight. Our days are a children’s book. Our nights divine.” -S. Kartsonis
The Artist’s Secrets: “This is one of the paintings I created for my solo exhibition titled ‘I Melt In Your Presence’ at the Modernism Gallery in San Francisco for March 2007. These paintings included my lil’ nymph girls and their imaginary best friends. In this particular painting there is a someone in a bear costume, and ChouChou. ChouChou is a little creature that takes all your negativity and hate away, by absorbing it, and excreting creamy gooey love out of his belly button.” -Gary Baseman

I enjoyed the read.
La perdida de la virginidad.
